How much water do you need? In this four week Hydration Challenge, you'll learn how to meet your baseline needs and monitor hydration using your body’s own cues. We believe good hydration status is a game changer. It can also feel like a moving target. Needs change based on activity levels, sleep, environment, health status, body composition, and even season of life. In this self-guided challenge, we emphasize awareness, consistency, and body literacy. Learn how to recognize what your body needs and respond accordingly.
